Historique :	L'église néo-gothique du Tremblay, édifiée par l'architecte B. Pellegrini, est consacrée le 29 septembre 1857 par Mgr Billiet.

Précision_sur la representation :	Vierge à l'Enfant assise sur un trône en majesté tenant en main gauche une flamme purificatrice (ou la Lumière que son Fils apporte au monde). L'Enfant couronné tenant un globe. Au dossier, motif cruciforme clouté.
