Description :	Panneau central représentant l'Assomption, sous un dais soutenu par deux anges formant pilastres : à droite et à gauche deux grandes statues d'évêques mitrés et crossés. Au-dessus du dais Couronnement de la Vierge au milieu d'une profusion d'angelots. Deux statues isolées à gauche et à droite terminent les colonnes torses qui encadrent cet ensemble. L'autel est orné d'un panneau décoré d'anges et surmonté d'un tabernacle à colonnes torses, dont le motif principal représente le bon Pasteur. Un jubé représentant le Christ entre la Vierge, la Madeleine et une sainte femme complète cet ensemble.
